    • Yoga classes for all abilities, beginners welcome 🙂
      Hatha flow style( but tutor likes to mix it up sometimes ), the asanas(poses) built up to increase strength and flexibility ( not just in your body)
      The classes usually start with breathing ( pranayama)  and finish with meditation/relaxation.

  • Iyengar yoga –6.30pm-8.00pm
    • Iyengar yoga focuses on the study of each individual asanas. There is a strong emphasis on precision and alignmyoga-teacherent in each posture, to ensure that the student practices yoga in the safest way.
    • Throughout the month we cover standing postures, seating postures, back bends and the last Tuesday of the month is usually dedicated to restorative postures.The class welcomes beginners and regular practitioners alike.
    • All the equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat.
    • Please dress in comfortable clothing and avoid eating at least 2 hours before the class.
    • Price: £10 per class (£8 concession)
    • Emmanuelle de la Lubie is a certified Iyengar teacher. She has been practicing various forms of yoga since 2004 and Iyengar yoga since 2008.
