Monday:

  • Iyengar yoga –6.15pm-7.45pm
    • Iyengar yoga focuses on the study of each individual asanas. There is a strong emphasis on precision and alignment in each posture, to ensure that the student practices yoga in the safest way.
    • Throughout the month we cover standing postures, seating postures, back bends and the last Tuesday of the month is usually dedicated to restorative postures.The class welcomes beginners and regular practitioners alike.
    • All the equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat.
    • Please dress in comfortable clothing and avoid eating at least 2 hours before the class.
    • Price: £11 per class (£8 concession)
    • A block of 4 classes can be brought for £40  (To be used within 6 weeks. Excluding bank holidays)
    • Emmanuelle de la Lubie is a certified Iyengar teacher. She has been practicing various forms of yoga since 2004 and Iyengar yoga since 2008.

Friday:

  • Y12SR Yoga– 7pm- 8:30pm
    • A 12 step recovery self-help programme

 

  • Self Defence, Fitness Class – 6.30pm-7.30pm
    • A cardio based, fun filled exercise session, open to all.
    • Only £5 per session.
